Law is the basic requirement of society, without law, people of society
engage themselves in spreading corruption, riots, everywhere. Law is the
base for running any society with peace and comfort as its priority for
everyone. Every country in this world have their own laws, with which they
keep control over the people activities. The developed countries possess
strong control over their subjects, with the help of rules and regulations,
define by their respective constitution. Developing countries also control their subjects, with their rules and regulations, but not strong then developed countries. Developed countries act like a role model for the
developing countries.
Those societies which follow the rules determined by their law appeared as
an more civilized society. Every work proceed in a proper way in these
societies. There is no corruption. Parks, roads are in well maintained
condition, public transport run on their pr-described time without any
deviation. Here people take initiatives in fulfilling their responsibilities towards the society. Countries with this type of societies called as the
perfect one.
The few common principles of every society are liberty, freedom of speech,
equality before law for everyone, fraternity. In Indian constitution, all
these basic goals are defined in preamble. Laws basically talk about some rules, which everyone should follow, despite
of their status in the society. Law play an keen role in bringing
development in the society, prosperity among their subjects and satisfaction
in every human being. Law includes some do's and dont's, which is very
useful from minute to major activities. Like, Law have some define rules for
foreign trade, rules for military development, rules for every human being
to treat opposite one as his or brother or sister respectively. Only from
